Gemma is Senior Net Zero Manager within Together Housing’s Net Zero team and is responsible for the successful delivery of the organisation’s retrofit and renewable heat investment programmes. She leads the design and implementation of large-scale, multi-year programmes, overseeing governance, budgets, delivery partners and performance to ensure funded projects are delivered successfully and within funding and regulatory requirements. Her work focuses on delivering practical, investable solutions that improve living conditions, tackle fuel poverty and support the long-term sustainability of Together Housing’s homes and communities.
