Nicola holds an MSc in Environmental Management from Lancaster University and currently works as an Engagement Lead for a local conservation charity, leading community outreach and stakeholder engagement across environmental programmes. She brings over 15 years’ experience as a middle leader and Head of Department in secondary education, with a strong track record in leadership, communication and programme coordination. Nicola is passionate about environmental issues, from nature conservation to the net zero transition and applies her expertise to building understanding, participation and long-term commitment to sustainability initiatives within local communities.
